Hello everyone. My name's Dave...Crazy Uncle Dave.

On most days, you'll find me at one of two places: at the Ultra Running Company or at the U.S. National Whitewater Center on a trail. I've run a lot of miles in my days, but I'm not much of a racer...I love to be moving on my feet but have come to find I get greater enjoyment out of helping others do things they hadn't previously thought they were capable of.

No goal is too big OR too small to peak my interest, so let's make a plan and conquer them together!
