Join us each week for an Instagram Live conversation like no other.
For 1/2 hour starting at 6:00 each Wednesday, we talk with you about the things we talk about when you're not here. That means shoes, gear, races, athletes, news...whatever catches our eye and spins around in our pea brains. We bring on our best friends and new acquaintances to take real talk and get to the bottom of the things that keep us awake at night. And we hope you'll join us.
Since it's Instagram Live, this is an unscripted, unedited experience, and we enjoy it the most when it's interactive as well. Until someone does or says something stupid, we'll keep the lines open and look forward to your questions and comments. We'll even do our best to answer or address them in real time, because we want this to be your conversation as well.
